We booked the service on an advance. We paid 2000/- as advance. Next day the manager called and said that we are running shortage of fund and to pay 3000/- more to bring the material. So we paid. But when our team reached the property nothing was prepared. Worst service as Manager is present with nothing knowledge with no service person and no preparation was done. Our own kitchen staff called by us to take charge to fulfill the requirement. And then the party organized by us was successfully executed and the whole service was given by our Engineers. When I asked the manager Mr Dharmendra for the owner he said our owner is busy with another property and he will not come nor talk. You have to pay and we will not consider anything. So as a Event organiser myself I never recommend this property for any gathering.

The stay was faraway from other places.. almost 50km from Chitrakoot. You need to drive through pathetic road of protruding stones of 2.5 km to reach the property. The food is cooked in unhygienic place. I had fished two insects in breakfast. ||If maintained well, it could become a place of interest. For now, I don't recommend.

The food was good here. But as we booked rooms with complimentary dinner and breakfast in buffet system, we did not receive any of this in buffet. Rather we had to place an order for food. Plus, there are no televisions in the rooms. The location is in depth of the forest.. No directions were there. Except the food taste, everything was worthless.

Property is beautiful but not maintained properly. Staff is polite, but service is slow. Food is good but needs to improve the quality. Rooms also need maintenance. A lot of grass needs removal.
